Le Vignole
SOLIS
FROM SOLARIS GRAPES
In 2015 the Grillo family decided to create a sustainable belt around their company by planting Solaris cuttings. Solaris is a “PIWI” wine, abbreviation from the German which means resistant to mushrooms, or a hybrid wine capable of spontaneously opposing powdery mildew and downy mildew, almost without requiring treatments. This is where Solis is born, a still white wine produced from Solaris grapes.

SOLIS
FROM SOLARIS GRAPES
In 2015 we decided to create a sustainable belt around our company by planting Solaris cuttings, which is a resistant hybrid that does not need any phytosanitary treatment and that remains immune to the classic diseases related to the vine. Hence Solis, a still white wine produced from Solaris grapes.
